Burmington and the VW Camper
http://burmington.blogspot.com here is a great place to go when in your VW Camper. Burmington is a relaxing town and has a great huge field which is beautiful to go camping in. The town is a traditional laid back town. It is great all year round and it is just extra special when you are in your VW Camper and nice and warm. Vw Campers
The Vw camper van has been given many different names and nicknames these are just a couple of nicknames that the Vw camper van has been given
- Vw-Bus ,
- Bulli (or Bully),
- Hippie-van,
- The bus.
Here is a picture of a Vw camper van that has been painted up to be in the style of a hippie-van. You don't see many Vw camper vans now-a-days but they are beginning to come back in to fashion, it is time that they came back and became successful again this van/car deserves it. They are just brilliant they are so relaxing to drive even to sleep in they are so comfortable they are just fab.

Vw Campers and their history
30th July 2008 was precisely 61 years ago that Volkswagen importer Ben Pon discovered a vehicle at the Wolfsburg factory, which Volkswagen staff had built for their own use to transport heavy panels around the site. The wind tunnel work paid off, as the Type 2 was aerodynamically superior to the Beetle despite its slab-sided shape. Three years later, under the direction of Volkswagen's new CEO Heinz Nordhoff, the first production model left the factory at Wolfsburg.
